The six Vanderbilt Cup Races held on Long Island from 1904 to 1910 were the greatest sporting events of their day, and the first international automobile road races held in the United States. The races had a far-reaching impact on the development of American automobiles and parkways. Wonder what happened to it.
It would be nice to have more then one. Also has anyone ever tried to track the history’s of all of the cup cars after they were done with the races.

The only Alco to run in the Vanderbilt Cup Races was the Black Beast. However, as noted on the September 9, 2010 post, the Black Beast apparently had a back-up racer:
