Alco-6 Racer Captures a “Most Outstanding” Award at the Greenwich Concours D’Elegance
It was a wonderful time today at the Greenwich Concours. Thousands turned out to view over 150 spectacular American cars. It was a lot fun discussing the Alco-6 Black Beast Racer for six hours with so many people.
Participating in its first American Concours in over 30 years, the Alco-6 Black Beast Racer was awarded "Most Outstanding Vintage Automobile Pre-1910".
Check out the smiles of the spectators as the Alco-6 roars away from the awards area.
A winning team: driver Stu Laidlaw and mechanician Howard Kroplick. Remember to click on the photo to view a larger version.
