Town of Oyster Bay Car Tobay Beach Classic Show- Cancelled
After careful consideration, and following the guidelines set forth by the Governor and the NYS Department of Health, regarding the health and safety of everyone involved in our Car Show Long Island Fall Car Show at TOBAY Beach – our car show fans, our employees, our exhibitors, and our longtime strategic partners – we have made the difficult decision to cancel the fall car show, scheduled for October 10th, at TOBAY Beach.
Following overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 virus, and the ability to properly follow social distancing guidelines at such a well-attended event, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation. We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold this event for our fans and supporters. But we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.
Our team will be reaching out directly to our partners, exhibitors and attendees with additional information. For those partners who have already submitted their sponsorship payments we will carry over your payment to our Spring 2021 show at TOBAY Beach, which will take place on Saturday, April 24th, 2021 with a rain-date of Sunday, April 25th. .
We are also exploring other socially distance friendly options to bring the car culture together while helping the local community. We would love to showcase our partners at future events. Updates will be shared on carshowli.com.
