    VanderbiltCupRaces.com recorded another amazing year in 2010 with 50,573 unique visitors, a 62% increase following a 75% increase in 2009. This represented 156 visitors per day with an average of 4 page views and 3.2 minutes of view time. Visitors came from 138 countries including; China, Slovenia, Serbia, Pakistan, South Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Mongolia, Bahrain, Iceland, Uzbekistan, Guyana, Bangladesh,Brunei, Myanmar, Sudan and Namibia.     In 1936 the Vanderbilt Cup Races returned to Long Island at the new Roosevelt Raceway built in Westbury. The 300-mile race consisted of 75 laps over the 4-mile road course. A total of 45 race cars competed on October 12, 1936. For the first time, images of 34 of the starters for the 1936 George Vanderbilt Cup Race are presented on the Internet. Missing photos of 10 cars (#14,#17, #22, #26, #32, #42, #43, #44, #52, and #57) have been replaced by 1936 images related to the race: (15 comments)
