WNBC Wins Folio Award for News Clip “The Black Beast”
Congratulations to WNBC, reporter Greg Cergol and producer/photographer John Albertson for winning a Long Island FOLIO Award for "Sports News" for their news clip "The Black Beast".
The Folio Awards recognize the best in Long Island reporting and is the biggest media event held in our area..

Hi Howard:
I wanted you to know the WNBC piece on the Black Beast won a Long Island FOLIO Award for best sports presentation. Greg Cergol and I accepted the award this afternoon from Long Island's Fair Media Council at a gala event at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.Thanks again for generously granting us access to that wonderful automobile.
