The Black Beast was a hit all day long, with people of all ages getting the opportunity to sit in the Alco and pretend they were racing down the Long Island Motor Parkway.

The memories of getting to sit in a 100-plus-year-old race car stay with you forever. It was smiles all day long as families got to touch and learn about the history of the Vanderbilt Cup winning race car.

It's one thing to see a vintage race car parked, but to see it in motion is on another level. The entire show had their eyes and cameras as Howard drove around the car show in the Black Beast.

Bonnie L.S. Parente, mayor of East Williston, also got a ride-along in the Black Beast.
