Long Island Motor Parkway Bridge Series: #11 Little Neck Road Motor Parkway Bridge in Queens
When the 48 miles of the Motor Parkway were completed in 1926, a total of 65 bridges were built by William K. Vanderbilt Jr. and his associates over and under the parkway. Going west to east, the next to last of the 12 Queens bridges was the trestle Motor Parkway bridge over Little Neck Road (later renamed Little Neck Parkway): (8 comments)

Highlights from the First Annual Motor Parkway Parade
The First Annual Motor Parkway Parade was successfully held last Sunday. Celebrating the completion of the Lake Ronkonkoma section of the Motor Parkway, the event was organized by the Lake Ronkonkoma Heritage Association and had been previously rained out on August 7, 2011. “Clean Up the Old Bethpage Motor Parkway Bridge Day” a Big Success & Bridge History
Thirty-three men and women of the Long Island Motor Parkway Preservation Society and the Model A Ford Club of Long Island experienced an exhilarating day restoring the Motor Parkway and the bridge in Old Bethpage Village Restoration. The Old Bethpage Motor Parkway Bridge is one of only two LIMP bridges still standing in Nassau County and was recently desecrated with graffiti and debris . Long Island Motor Parkway Bridge Series: #9 The Creedmoor Bridge in Queens Updated: 10/22/16
When the 48 miles of the Motor Parkway were completed in 1926, a total of 60 bridges were built by William K. Vanderbilt Jr. and his associates over and under the parkway. Then & Now: The Long Island Motor Parkway in East Williston
A section of the Long Island Motor Parkway was built in East Williston between the Oyster Bay Branch of the Long Island Railroad and Roslyn Road. “Clean Up the Old Bethpage Village Restoration Bridge” Day to be Held on Saturday, October 15, 2011
