The Vanderbilt Cup Race Courses (1904-1910)
The six Vanderbilt Cup Races from 1904 to 1910 were held on five different courses on Long Island. The last three races from 1908 to 1910 were partially held on the Long Island Motor Parkway.

The 1910 Massapequa Sweepstakes Trophy Makes an Appearance
In September 1, 2008, I described a dashboard plaque that was provided by the Cole Motors Company to celebrate their victory in the 1910 Massapequa Sweepstakes, simultaneously with the Vanderbilt Cup Race. Vanderbilia: The 1910 Cole Plaque
I have an embossed shield with a pressed design on it that says "Massapequa Sweepstakes in Vanderbilt Cup Race Trophy 1910" with the embossing of what appears to be a trophy with a race car and driver on top and below the trophy it says "Won by Cole 30" 126.4… (6 comments)
