Wednesday, March 25, 2009: Become a Charter Member of LISR-a new LI Car Club
Ed Deutsch, Bill Funk, Walt Gosden, John Serafin, Andy Johnson and Jim Barnes have started a new car club- LISR, the Long Island Sound Region of the Classic Car Club of America.
Jim describes the goals of the club:
"Our focus is driving and meeting at events and for the preservation of the fine marques that we drive. Most of us are not strictly interested in trophies but the fun of meeting and getting together. Owning a classic car is not a prerequisite to membership."
