Here is the weekly update of news, local car shows and events. The Alco Black Beast is scheduled to participate in those events marked with an *. Nine car shows will be held on Long Island this weekend with the Black Beast participating in the LI Moose Classic Car Club's 10th Anniversary Show in Mattituck on Sunday.

I don’t know if it’s too late, but on Sunday, Sept. 19th, there’s the Smithtown Heritage Country Fair held in the historic area of Smithtown, just east of route 111 on Middle Country Road (Route 25).
