    The 1909 Wheatley Hills Sweepstakes Won by Ray Harroun in a Marmon

    During the 1909 Vanderbilt Cup Race, two other sweepstakes races (the Massapequa Sweepstakes and the Wheatley Hills Sweepstakes ) were run simultaneously for commercially available stock cars.
